My three University of choice!!!
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG) is limited by the availability of funds and is only awarded to undergraduate students with exceptional financial need. Houston Community College is allocated a limited amount of funding.
Eligibility Requirements
Enrolled at least 6 credit hours.
Pell Grant recipient.
TEACH Grant The Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant Program provides up to $4,000 per year in grants for graduate and undergraduate students who intend to teach full time in high need subject areas for at least four years at schools that serve student from low income families. To receive a TEACH Grant you must meet the following criteria:
• Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
• Must be a U. S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen.
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, or graduate student in a post-secondary educational institution that has chosen to participate in the TEACH Grant Program.
• Must be enrolled in course work that is necessary to begin a career in teaching or plan to complete such, course work
• Must score above the 75th percentile on a college admissions test or maintain a cumulative GPA of at lease 3.25.
• Must complete the TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve entrance counseling.
